When do I pay the service fee?
The service fee is typically paid along with the product balance payment, before the goods are shipped from China. For initial sourcing tasks that don’t result in an order, the small upfront retainer (if applicable) covers costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfers (T/T) for most orders. For smaller sample fees or trial orders under $1,000, we may accept PayPal or Western Union for convenience, though transaction fees may apply.
Do you accept currencies other than USD?
Our standard pricing and transactions are in US Dollars (USD). If you need to pay in another major currency (like EUR or GBP), please contact us beforehand to discuss exchange rates and feasibility.
